Holiday Greetings from Missouri Hunting & Outdoor Adventures
We hope that everyone had a joyous Christmas and is preparing to ring in the new year in good fashion.
2013 was a great year for MHOA in many ways. First, we were able to enhance the hunting experience for our hunters with a number of upgrades to our facilities as well as several additional deer management steps. We avoided the drought which plagued us last year enabling us to produce more productive food plots while providing greater native vegetation for the deer. But most of all we were able to greet many repeat hunters as well as a good number of first timers to our property. We truly enjoy the time we are able to spend together with these devoted hunters and really great group of men.
Included are a number of pictures taken at the ranch over Christmas. We experienced an ice storm last week followed by several days of temperatures in the teens and finally a bright, sunny day. The sun refracting light through the ice was spectacular. The pictures do not do them justice but they will give you a since of the scene
Our wish for you in 2014 is that you have more time to get out in the woods and fields, that the long-beards gobble longer and louder, the deer parade beneath your stand, that your shots fly true and on target, and if none of these things happen you will still be able to call it a successful hunt.
